Do you need a website?

An important question you must answer before you invest in a website, is whether or not you really need one? The answer is quite simple; if you already have more customers and more time than you need, than you don't need a website. You are losing customers and you don't even know it without a site.

Your Customers do Not want to Call You.

Your customers don't want to call you! In a December 2006 Consumer Behavior Report, Pricegrabber.com reported that, "Ninety-two percent of survey respondents plan on shopping and buying more online this year than last year, with 47% doing at least half of their entire holiday shopping via online...convenience and 24/7 flexibility cited as key reasons to shop online." This is just one example, but reports of increasing web purchases are numerous.

You don't want to "have to sell" your product or service to every potential customer. Let your website do the selling for you, saving you time and providing your customers with the information they are looking for. Your customers have very high expectations, don't let your competition provide them increased value, convenience, tracking.
